Baby Gourmet has been acquired by the Hero Group. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The Calgary-based organic baby food company was founded by sisters Jennifer Carlson and Jill Vos–who will remain at “the helm as officers and shareholders of the company,” according to a press release–in 2005.
